I was on holiday yesterday, however I couldn’t wait to get back into the office today to write a wee note to say a huge thank you for all your work on Sunday evening.  Actually thank you doesn’t seem like a big enough word! 

Everything went like clockwork, your staff were so lovely, the food was absolutely amazing and everybody had the most fantastic evening – we have had many, many positive comments from our clients.  Thank you also for bringing more beers and ice in later too.  You guys really looked after us and I just wanted you to know that we all really appreciated it.
